Yes — two-way iCal sync runs every 60 seconds and we layer conflict prevention on top so you never get a double booking. If a channel ever lags, we surface the gap on the dashboard before the guest sees it.

No. BookBed is a flat monthly subscription per active unit. Direct bookings via the widget pay Stripe processing only — we do not take a cut on revenue, ever.

Pro and Agency plans let you fully whitelabel the widget — your colors, your fonts, your domain. The booking confirmation email is sent from your address; guests never see "BookBed" anywhere unless you want them to.

You can export every reservation, guest, payout and message at any time as CSV or via the API. After cancellation we keep your data accessible for 90 days, then permanently delete it. GDPR by default.
