How to leave Hospitable cleanly

One afternoon, no double bookings.

  1. 1.In Hospitable: Settings → Properties → Export. Pull the reservations CSV for the last 24 months.
  2. 2.Disable Hospitable's auto-messaging rules (Inbox → Templates → Disable) so guests don't receive duplicate messages during overlap.
  3. 3.Pause Airbnb / Booking.com / Vrbo connections in Hospitable (Channels → Disconnect) once you have the export.
  4. 4.In BookBed: Onboarding → Import → upload the Hospitable CSV. We auto-map their column names.
  5. 5.Reconnect Airbnb / Booking.com / Vrbo to BookBed (60-second iCal sync). Most hosts also rebuild Hospitable's auto-message templates in BookBed — plan an hour.
